daya therapy
a space to simply be.
Integrative psychotherapy for adults and young people aged 16+
Space for what you’re carrying.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, finding relationships difficult, or noticing that past experiences are affecting your life today. Perhaps something doesn’t feel quite right, but you’re unsure how to explain it.
Therapy offers space to feel heard, make sense of your experiences and explore what matters to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Hello, I’m Charanjeet.
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and the person behind Daya Therapy. Daya (ਦਇਆ) means compassion — a value rooted in the Sikh ethos and at the heart of how I work.
For me, compassion means meeting you with warmth, curiosity and respect for your experiences. I offer a collaborative space where you can bring your thoughts and feelings as they are, and explore what matters to you at your own pace.
You don’t need to find the perfect words. We can begin wherever you are.
Room to be yourself.
Therapy shaped around you.
What you bring to therapy is personal, and the way we work together should reflect that.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, my work is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw on elements of other therapeutic modalities where these fit your needs. Bringing these together allows us to explore different parts of your experience and shape our work around you.
There is space for whatever feels important to you. This might mean making sense of feelings that are hard to put into words, noticing patterns in your thoughts and relationships, or exploring how past experiences affect you today. It could also involve finding practical ways to manage difficult moments, understanding your needs or exploring boundaries.
We’ll keep checking in on what feels helpful, making space for what you need along the way.
We can talk openly about how therapy feels for you and what you need from our work.
Your voice matters.
